Is there a method for me to check stock?

Yes, we have made checking our stock availabiity easier by providing all our customers with a weekly update of the stock levels of all our products. We are also in the process of implementing a live feed which will provide the all the relevant information required when inquirying about the availability of a product.

Do you provide measurements for your products? 

All the products which we list on the website will have all the necessary measurments you need when placing your order. We provide the product measurements along with the amount of boxes the products comes in as well as each individual box measurement. 

How do I go about placing an order with you? 

If you are interested in making a purchase from the MHF website you can simply do so by following the online process. Alternatively, you can contact us through email or fax and we will be sure to handle your request as quickly as possible. 

What are the forms of payment you accept?

 We accept all major credit/debit cards, BACs transfer or cheque.

Do the prices of your products include VAT? 

All of our products are excluding VAT.

Are there delivery charges implemented for orders on Mark Harris Furniture?

For any items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being dispatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If you order has already been dispatched then you may be charged for delivery. For any items that have been specially made or ordered then a cancellation fee will be may be charged. 

When will you dispatch my order? 

We work on a pro-forma basis. Once the amount due has been paid we will then process the delivery of products which will take no longer thant 1-2 weeks.
